Shipping Policy

We now ship within Canada and to the USA.

Orders are generally shipped out within 72 hours of receiving payment in full for your order. If you need your order sent sooner please contact us at (902) 444-8267 and leave a message OR email us at morriganlefay@eastlink.ca. Orders are shipped Canada Post via Regular Mail and upon request will be shipped Xpress Post, or Priority Courier (additional costs may be applicable). Orders being shipped to the United States of America may require additional shipping fees. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the the recipient.

In the event that an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you via telephone or email. At that time we will offer you the option of exchanging for another item, give you an estimate on when the items will be back in stock, or issue a full refund.

Return Policy

Online Purchases - We accept returns on regular priced unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags/packaging and jewellery and giftware that is damaged in transit (sorry all earrings are final sale) for exchange or credit within 7 days of when you receive your merchandise. Prior to returning your order please contact us to inform us of why the item(s) are being returned. We will issue you an RA #. (Return Authorization) We will not accept returns on worn items, items that smell of smoke, perfume, etc. or have makeup stains; these items will be shipped back to you immediately at your expense. If your return is received after 30 days a 20% restocking fee will apply. We do not issue refunds on in stock merchandise but we will happily exchange or credit you for your purchase. Sorry, we cannot refund the shipping costs.

All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped out to you so if you should receive an order that has obvious manufacturers flaws please contact us immediately at (902) 444-VAMP (8267) or morriganlefay@eastlink.ca

In Store Purchases - Unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags/packaging on may be brought back for an exchange or store credit with receipt within 7 (seven) days of original purchase. We do not issue refunds.

Payment Methods

Online Methods - We accept online debit and credit card payments via Pay Pal on our website. We also accept money orders made out to Morrigan LeFay's Mystical Gifts and sent to 117 Portland Street , Dartmouth NS CANADA B2Y 1H7. Please do not send cash via mail. As per our current privacy/security policy we do not accept payments via email.

Layaway

Our layaway policy is applicable only to in store purchases at this time. Layaway terms are as follows: A nonrefundable deposit of 20% must be made at time of opening a new layaway. You will have 90 days to pay for your items in full and at time of layaway expiry you will be contacted 3 (three) times by phone and/or email. If you do not respond all monies put against the layaway become the property of Morrigan LeFay's Mystical Gifts and the items will be put back on the floor again for customer purchase.

Gift Certificates

In Store Gift certificatesare available in any denomination and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used on any in store merchandise. Gift certificates are the responsibility of the beholder and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. You must present your gift certificate at time of purchase. Gift certificates have no cash value and remaining balances will be issued via a credit note unless the amount is less than $3.00 at which time the balance will be issued in cash.

Credit Note Policy

Store credit notes are issued via our retail location. Credit notes are issued for the amount of a return as an option instead an exchange. Credit notes are issued for the amount of the items being returned (tax included) and have no expiry date. You must present your credit note at time of purchase. We will contact you will details if you are issued an online store credit.

Coupons

In Store Coupons are occasionally distributed for select promotions. Coupons are one per customer per transaction and are not valid with any other offer. You must present your coupon at time of purchase to receive your discount. Coupons submitted past their expiry date will not be honoured.

Privacy Policy

At Morrigan LeFay's Mystical Gifts we respect our customer's privacy.Whether you shop with us at our retail location or online we want to assure you that your transactions are safe and secure. We will never disclose or sell your personal or financial information to a third party at any time. To help ensure your security we do accept credit card via email. Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. The only time that we use your information is to process your sales transactions. From time to time we may send out email news letters which you have the option of signing up for when you set up your account via our online store front, you may also chose to opt out of this if you wish.
