We are directly across from the Alderney Gate Ferry Terminal and 3 Doors Down from Celtic Corner Pub (Awesome food and service by the way) Q. What methods of payment do you accept? A. We accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard and AMEX at Morrigan LeFay's Mystical Gifts retail location (79 Alderney Drive). Sorry we do not accept cheques as payment at our retail location.
For online and phone orders we accept money orders, and Paypal (which you can use to pay with your debit or credit card). Purchased items will not be released/shipped until payment has been received in full and cleared. We do however take credit card orders over the phone but notby email for security reasons. Q. What are your hours of operation? A. Q. Where is there parking for your store? There is parking available on Portland Street, Queen Street and in the parking lot (meter parking) off of Queen Street Q. What is your return policy? Online Purchases - We accept returns on regular priced unwashed, unworn merchandise with original tags/packaging and jewellery and giftware that is damaged in transit (sorry all earrings are final sale) for exchange or credit within 7 days of when you receive your merchandise. Prior to returning your order please contact us to inform us of why the item(s) are being returned. If your return is received after 30 days a 20% restocking fee will apply. We do not issue refunds on in stock merchandise but we will happily exchange or credit you for your purchase. Sorry, we cannot refund the shipping costs. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped out to you so if you should receive an order that has obvious manufacturers flaws or defects please contact us immediately at (902) 444-8267 or morriganlefay@eastlink.ca In Store Purchases - Unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags/packaging on may be brought back for an exhange or store credit with receipt within 7 (seven) days of original purchase. We do not issue refunds. Giftware that may have visible flaws may be returned within 7 days with original packaging. The following items are FINAL SALE at both our retail store and online: Q. Where do you ship to? A. We ship primarily to Canada, however, we now ship to the USA (additional shipping charges may apply). For all other areas please email us prior to ordering. Q. How much does shipping cost? A. Shipping charges are as follows: First item $10.00 $300 or more = FREE SHIPPING! (Within Canada & Continental United States) Additional shipping charges may apply for items being sent outside of Canada. All charges are listed in Canadian funds. Q. If I see it on the site does that mean it is in stock? A. We try to keep the items on the site as up to date as possible but sometimes items do sell out before we get a chance to up date the website. Q. Do you have gift certificates? A. Yes we do! Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are good one year from the date of purchase.Gift certificates are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash; any remaining balances left on gift certificates will be issued via a credit note unless the amount is less than $3.00. See store for more details or call (902) 444-8267. Gift certificates are the responsibility of its holder and stolen or lost gift certificates will not be replaced.
We now also offer online gift certificates. Q. Do you offer layaway? A. Our layaway policy is applicable only to in store purchases at this time. Layaway terms are as follows: A nonrefundable deposit of 20% must be made at time of opening a new layaway. You will have 90 days to pay for your items in full and at time of layaway expiry you will be contacted 3 (three) times by phone and/or email. If you do not respond all monies put against the layaway becomes Morrigan LeFay's and the items will be put back on the floor for customer purchase Q. Do you do holds? A. We will do a 24 hour hold on items upon request via phone, email, or in store the only exception is when there is a sales event. After the 24 hour period any unpaid merchandise will be returned to the sales floor. No holds during a sale.
Q. I got a coupon for your store but I forgot to bring it with me will I still get the discount? A. You must present any coupons at the time of purchase if you wish to receive the discount. Please make note of the coupons expiry date and any restrictions. Discount will not be honoured if you do not have coupon present at time of purchase - no exceptions!
Q. Do you have any locally made items in your store? A. Yes! We are very happy to say we do carry a fair amount of local items and are looking to expand our selection of locally made items all the time, so if you make unique items that you think may suit our theme, please call 444-8267 to set up an appointment with Rhonda Haley-McKinnon to discuss your work and our consignment policies.
Q. Where do your items come from and do you make them all yourself? A.I tell most of our customers, I am not talented, I own a store!! Most of our items come from Montreal, even some of our swords are hand forged from out of Quebec. Our clothing lines come from California and Niagara region and our Alchemy Carta line comes from England. I am always search for new and cool things EVERYWHERE !! How often to do you get new stock in and what days? We get new stock in typically every week though it is not just on one particular day. When we receive our items completely depends on when our suppliers are able to ship to us. Some days it is even a surprise to us on what we receive! Q. I was in your store and was wondering why do you only carry small sizes? A. Our size range is from Small up to 5XL in womens. Our mens' clothing is small to XXL or XXXL depending on availability from our suppliers. Sometimes we find the larger sizes sell out faster than the smaller sizes and we are working on making more of those sizes available for our customers. If there is anything we can do to help assist you with sizing please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Though I do have very few "seconds" in right now.
Q. Do you offer rain checks? A. At this time we are not able to issue rain checks. |
